in as little as 2 weeks time. We can assist in getting your domain name registered, developing your WEB presence and marketing your site to the world.
Private Database Services enables you to get listings on your WEB site regardless of your affiliation with a Multiple Listing Service. If you are not a member, a Private Database will get your listings online for your potential client to search and
view. If you are a MLS member, a Private Database will give you that edge you need to advertise your preferred or select properties. Either way, it is an additional marketing tool you can leverage for your client. Our IDX represents the best in usability and technology. We currently provide IDX for the Anderson and Greenville MLS Boards. Our IDX system is compliant with all current requirements of the MLS Boards.
Our IDX system was developed by, hosted by us, and maintained by us on our servers at our Seneca office location. All data is backed up daily and a standby server is always ready in the event of an emergency. What Our System does Custom searches by lake/waterfront/address/area/county/ etc. Custom searches can be all listings or just his or one of each.
Our search allows search by high school, elementary school, and middle school desired. Our search allows searching by partial street address Our autoresponder system allows the agent to modify the search parameters for his or her clients who have signed up Our system interfaces directly with Google Maps for location and directions.
We host our own idx system in house on our own servers so we have direct inhouse monitoring and support. We don't farm it out.
